Step Into Professional Scuba Leadership
Becoming a PADI Divemaster changes how you experience diving. You transition from a student who follows to an observant professional who anticipates needs, organizes dive briefings, and ensures the safety and enjoyment of others.
Working closely with Robert Bauer—a certified 2023 PADI Elite Instructor and former emergency first responder—you receive rigorous, personalized mentoring. You will assist with real Open Water and Advanced student classes, map natural spring dive sites, and refine your watermanship to demonstration quality.
Prerequisites include: minimum age of 18, Rescue Diver certification, at least 40 logged dives to begin (60 to certify), and current CPR and First Aid training within the last 24 months.
